At this time, we are accepting offers to lease the 88-acre property annually (year-round). The lease will begin on receipt of payment and end September 30st, 2023.

<Q> Is the lease still available? <A> Yes.

<Q> How many hunters can I hunt with? <A> With an exclusive lease, you decide who you hunt with–we don’t place a limit. (Keep in mind too much hunting puts pressure on the animals to move elsewhere.) The property is a mile long and 1000 ft wide so keep this in mind if multiple hunts will be hunting at the same time.

<Q> Can I bring my family and friends? <A> Yes. You can hunt, shoot, camp, 4-wheel, etc. as you like with whom you like throughout the year.

<Q> Is there water or electricity on the property? <A> No electricity and the only water is in the ponds and creeks.

<Q> Will you send me a link to find the property in Google Maps? <A> To prevent lookie-loos, generally not. Our photos and homepage map are an excellent representation of the property.
